Easy 14 day free returns

At Glam Goddess we want you to love everything you buy from us and we totally understand buying online can sometimes be a tad daunting.  However, there are the rare occasions that one of our gorgeous Kaftans may not fit you.  We get it!!  So that’s why we offer the 14 Day Glam Goddess Easy Free Returns Policy.

If you’re unhappy with your Kaftan purchase (e.g. wrong size) send us an email at: info@glamgoddess.com.au and  we will contact you to arrange the return of the items to us.

We just ask:

   1.   the kaftans are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition
  
   2.   the original labels and swing tags are attached 
  
   3.   the purchase receipt is supplied as proof of purchase
   
   4.   send the kaftan via express post / tracking so that it can be traced should it get lost in transit

You are responsible for packing the items to ensure they are returned to us undamaged.  All items are subject to inspection before a refund, exchange or credit can be granted.

In the interest of hygiene we are unable to accept returns on earrings. We do not refund on sale items, giveaways or items we have specifically stated are imperfect/faulty (this is so you can grab a bargain on something which may not be 100% to us, but you deem it perfectly wearable)! 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited into the account your original payment came from within 10 business days of receiving a returned Kaftan. 

EXCHANGES

To exchange your Kaftan for another, please make sure you tell us the style so we can put it aside for you (this is subject to availability).  If that particular Kaftan has sold out then please select a Kaftan of equal value.

FAULTY ITEMS

We love to provide products of the highest quality and standards and hope you never receive a faulty item.  We do however, offer the odd Kaftan which may have a slight fault in it at half the price to which a Glam Goddess can snap up a bargain!
